Gross hourly wage: €14.06, increasing to €14.40 from 1 July 2025
No youth wage
Allowances:
Monday to Friday before 6:00 and after 18:00 → 135%
Saturday → 150%
Sunday / public holiday → 200%
Travel allowance: €0.21 per km from the first kilometer, with a maximum of 20 km one way (= €8.40)
Working hours:
Morning shift: 6:00–15:00
Afternoon shift: 14:45–23:30
Weekly salary payment
Weekly support from a multilingual job coach at the workplace
Opportunity for a permanent contract after 8 months
