Functieprofiel
Tasks
- Coordinating shipments and deliveries according to the agreed schedule
- Processing orders in the warehouse management system and ensuring correct order fulfillment
- Loading and unloading goods using a forklift if necessary
- Packing and preparing goods for shipment, including picking & packing and stock management
- Ensuring correct inventory administration through systems such as ERP
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods flows, including shipping & receiving
- Organizing warehouse distribution and inventory management, including stockings and order picking
- Maintaining documentation and administration around shipments, including the use of systems such as Warehouse management system and E-commerce platforms
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during loading, unloading, and shipping
Functie-eisen
- Experience with warehouse experience, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, picking & packing, load & unload or similar logistics activities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, similar ERP systems.
- Experience in operating a forklift is a plus
- Good knowledge of basic math for checking quantities and dimensions
- Skill in using computer systems such as Warehouse management system, E-commerce platforms and MS Office
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics processes
- Good command of the Dutch language; knowledge of English is required; knowledge of German is optional but desired
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple logistics tasks
Aanbod
- Gross hourly wage starting at €18.00
- Allowances: 111% (afternoon shift only)
- Working hours: 2 shift service – 07:00-15:30, 14:30-23:00
- Mileage allowance €0.23ct per km
- Weekly salary payment
- Chance of a permanent contract after 8 months
