Functieprofiel

 

As a Line Operator, you are essential for the smooth operation of the production lines. You actively participate, direct colleagues, and ensure that all processes run according to plan and quality standards.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Monitoring product quality and process steps according to HACCP and safety guidelines.
  • Identifying deviations and taking corrective measures.
  • Ensuring quality during process disruptions.
  • Applying guidelines from the Quality Manual.
  • Reporting hazardous situations and incidents.
  • Training, guiding, and directing colleagues on the line.
  • Contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
  • Producing according to planning and established KPIs.
  • Performing first-line maintenance on machines and installations.
  • Minimizing waste and optimizing raw material usage.

 

Functie-eisen

 

    • Own housing

    • Language level: Dutch and English – Good
    • Experience level: Medior – 2 years of work experience in a similar role (experience in the food industry is a plus).
    • Special skills: Good knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
    • Certificates or other requirements: MBO level 3 work and thinking level and affinity with a production environment where different nationalities work together.
    • Other: Available for 40 hours per week in two shifts, with occasional Saturday services.

    • Gross hourly wage of €16.44
    • Allowances: Yes, due to working in a 2-shift roster
    • Working hours: in consultation with the client
    • Mileage allowance €0.23ct per km
